The Angel Cartel Naval Shipyard is a Cosmic Signature of the DED Complex (rated 10/10) type, occupied by the Angel Cartel pirate faction. It can be found via exploration by probing in Nullsec systems. For location details see Pirate Faction Occupancy Chart.

The site consists of a volume of space with an acceleration gate and contains various structures and their defending pirates. Using the gate allows access to other areas within the site. When attacked, the defenders may send multiple waves of reinforcements. Each group's appearance is triggered by the destruction of members of the previous group. The names and amount of ships listed may vary slightly, but will always be of Battleship class or smaller.

This site's acceleration gate allows only Battleship class ships or lower and their Tech 2 equivalents to enter the site.

"The Angel Cartel has established a firm presence in this Deadspace Complex. They use it as a naval construction bas but reports claim that they perform some testing of shield prototype inside. These rumors remain largely unconfirmed. The area is extremely dangerous and the inner pockets are off limits to everyone but the key players in the Angel Cartel.

"Warp-in Message: A pilot who entered this pocket previously managed to give out only a brief distress signal before his ship was destroyed. The revived clone remembered nothing from the incident, which indicates the destruction happened almost instantly and most likely caused too much terror for the experience to register in his mind before it was coded and transmitted."
Warning: Be aware that Dead Space Overseer named 'Antimatter Channeler' in this room uses a highly specialized ship (possibly based on pilfered Jovian Technology). This ship can deal extreme damage (EM:2500 EXP:5000 KIN:2500 TERM: 2500) every 60sec at ranges over 100 KM with pinpoint tracking. Prepare yourself.

-This complex contains no frigates or warp scramblers of any kind.
-The stasis towers have low HP but can be between 50-90km from the warp-in beacon.
-The docked mammoth and megathron have very strong active shield tanks, with the megathron's tank being stronger.
-The Antimatter Channeler does not have a particularly strong tank.
-The Antimatter Channeler seems to switch targets between shots. (Unconfirmed)
