Sharp Shooters Mining co Is a small industry based corporation based in the Amarr Empire. It has growing influence around its original base of Operations in the Mekashtad constellation as well as Nasorin and more recently the in Ryra in the Devoid Region.

The corporation supplies Battleships & Industrial ships primarily to members of the Novus Aevum alliance and other corps based in & around the Amarr Empire.

The corp is currently seeking allinaces to expand into lowsec & null sec to aid the mining of the rarer elements required to make the corp self sufficent in the productions of Ships & Capital Ship components.

Traditionally the corporation has been governed by a Triumvariate. One member for each of the primary areas of operations: Manufacture, Sales & Protection. This has now expanded to a fourth member to cover Mining Operations. The CEO role is rotated amongst this council as circumstances change.

The goals & plans of the corporation are however generally set by popular vote and the majority of members have to agree with major policy & direction changes.

The distribution of resources is controlled by this council.

Whilst MINHOS has taken an active role in the defence of other Novus Aevum corporations it always seeks the middle way in negotiations and prefers a less combat oriented approach as this leads to distruption of its core business.

Most notably it took a lead role in the protection of Alliance space during the Pheonix War.
