Tengu When we first saw the flock, we were surrounded, caught in a spectacle of stimuli. Brilliant colors, dancing lights, beautiful cacophonies, wafting ambrosia. Those birds surrounded us, each one a different shape, an altered species, a new wonder. I tried to follow a single bird, but my efforts were futile: Transformation is natural to their existence. Imagine it: an undulating mass, a changing mob, all those beasts partaking in wonderful transmogrification.

These were our augurs, our deliverers, our saviors. Standing amidst the flock, we should have feared their glory; instead, we drew hope. This moment is the first time I understood what it meant to be Caldari: Divinity in the flock, delivery in flux, one being, many changes.

Note that the defensive subsystems have different amounts of shield and armor and also control shield recharge time, so some will be better for passive/buffer than others, etc. They all give the same resists.

  • Tengu electronics "dissolution sequencer" 15% sensor strength, 5% targeting range/level -- 1 low, 3 med

  • Tengu engineering "cap regeneration matrix" 5% cap recharge rate/level -- 3 low
  • Tengu engineering "power core multiplier" 5% grid/level -- 2 low, 1 hi, 1 turret

Also controls grid and cap, also varies by subsys.

  • Tengu offensive "accelerated ejection bay" 5% kinetic missile damage, 7.5% heavy/HAM/AM launcher ROF, 10% HM/HAM velocity/level -- 5 launchers, 5 hi, 1 med
  • Tengu offensive "magnetic infusion basin" 5% medium hybrid damage, 20% med hyb optimal/level -- 5 turret, 5 hi, 1 med
  • Tengu offensive "obfuscation manifold" 10% ECM str/level (note, not 20% like the recons or even 15% like the Griffin or BB), 5% HM/HAM/AM ROF/level -- 5 launchers, 1 med, 1 hi, 25 Mbit drone

These also give some grid/cap/CPU.

  • Tengu propulsion "intercalated (nice word) nanofibers" 5% agility/level -- 1 low
  • Tengu propulsion "gravitational capacitor" 15% warp speed, 15% reduction in warp cap use/level -- 1 low
  • Tengu propulsion "fuel catalyst" 10% AB speed/level -- 1 low

These also control speed but who cares, I'm Caldari =).
