The Probe as a cargo runner

New capsuleer should not ignore the ability of the Probe ship to be a good cargo runner. It has a sizeable cargohold for its size and with a skill based bonus, it can allow pilot to haul relatively large amount of good with ease. Also, since it is a basic T1 frigate, it is quite cheap to acquire and fit.
