Pedestal Upgrade Platform The Pedestal upgrade platform is the second level of available upgrade platforms for deep-space outposts. It allows for the installation of 1 Tier 1 improvement and 1 Tier 2 improvement.

Note: A Foundation outpost upgrade is a prerequisite for the installation of the Pedestal upgrade.
