Minerals are used in the construction of virtually everything in New Eden. Their most common sources are from raw asteroids, reprocessed items, and from alloys and compounds dropped by rouge drones.
While most asteroids can produce a collection of minerals, two ores are different: Veldspar and Mercoxit, where the former produces only Tritanium and the latter Morphite.
