Missions handed out by Interbus agents never have faction targets, so you can play L4 missions for example, for several weeks without changes occurring to your faction standings. Also only a few of the missions affect security ratings. These do include Worlds Collide, Vengeance, and Blockade. Loyalty points are given as mission rewards, but there seem to be no loyalty point stores anywhere.
