ISS Borealis Outpost (Player corporation)

The ISS Borealis Outpost corporation was formed by the ISS for the sole purpose of raising and distributing divideds by IPO for construction of a publiclly owned Gallente outpost in P-2TTL, Pure Blind.

The IPO was the 2nd IPO by ISS, and raised 34bn ISK and was sold out in 2 days. The outpost constructed according to plan in December 2005 and named "ISS Borealis" and open for trade and docking on an NRDS basis.

History

After construction by the ISS in December 2005, the outpost remained a public outpost for 18 months, issuing monthly dividends to the IPO shareholders based on docking, office, factory and market commission fees.

In Jaunary 2007, the outpost was captured by Dusk and Dawn and has changed ownership every few months since.
