Constellation Sovereignty

The highest level of sovereign claims, Constellation Sovereignty requires hefty expenditures for infrastructure, but provides significant benefits to those who make the investments.

Constellation Sovereignty

Constellation Sovereignty labels every system in a constellation as belonging to the alliance which maintains it, but with significant costs:

• The majority of the systems in the constellation are required to have at least Sovereignty Level 1 for the Alliance making the claim
• Three Stations must be owned by an Alliance in the constellation, including Outposts and Conquerable Stations.
• One of the Outpost Systems must be selected as the Constellation Capital (requires Sovereignty level 3 beforehand).

Once these conditions have been met and maintained for at least 14 days, Constellation Sovereignty will take effect.

Constellation Sovereignty transforms the Constellation Capital into Sovereignty Level 4. All Starbases in a Constellation Capital cannot be destroyed.

• Fuel bonus is upgraded from 25% to 30% to all starbases in the constellation belonging to the sovereign alliance
• Faster claim – in 1 day – to Sovereignty 1 in the constellation for unclaimed systems for the sovereign alliance

All conditions have to be kept in order for the Sovereignty level, or status, to remain in effect.
