Black Nova Corp was part of the former Band of Brothers Alliance. The corporation originated from players in the Outer Ring region, in 2003, who later participated in the Great Northern War.

Black Nova Corp is a pure PvP focused corporation, led for a long time by Blacklight and later by Coranor. During 2005, the corporation spawned an Industrial logistics sister corporation called Black Eclipse Corp, in a model that was copied by all Band of Brothers member corporations.

After BoB's dissolution, Black Nova Corp joined KenZoku alliance.
