Mission Statement

XRW sole purpose is to facilitate it's members advancement in all endeavors in which they so choose to undertake. a group of individuals working together to achieve a common goal.

Standard Operating Procedures

Standing orders are to be adhered to at all times 1 those in a leadership role have the authority for a reason respect it or you will find yourself shunted out an air lock 2 have fun kick ass and take names 3 We are strictly NBSI. All non-Blue are fair game. When in doubt shoot first and ask questions later (it is easier to ask for forgiveness than permission) 4 The unauthorized loss of a ship will constitute humiliation and public ridicule. 5 No unsanctioned shooting of corpmates. 6 Standings are set by Alliance/Corporation, not personal standings. Report all potential targets that need red status to leadership with an explanation as to the nature or the request 7 CTA’s for Defensive fleets are mandatory participation. Offensive fleets are optional. (Defensive fleets are defined as fleets called to defend our space from any and all potential threats. Offensive fleets are defined as roaming fleet whose purpose is to enact a first strike.) 8 RL comes first always

Communication Policy

1 alliance chat is considered unsecure therefore no tactical Intel should be discussed there i.e. fleet locations ship fittings etc. 2 are professional when speaking with other outside of corporation if you have an issue with someone take it up in private conversation or bring it to leadership/ diplomats to handle. 3 Do not initiate SMACK TALK if smacked reply intelligently provided the FC allows such recourse. When in doubt it is wiser to stay silent than to prove yourself to be an idiot.

Taxation policy

All members are required to contribute to the whole in some facet. Corporation taxes are set at a level to facilitate cost of living in 0.0. every 30 days corp funds are assessed all corp expenses (i.e. rent's, due's, fuel cost etc.) are paid upfront +5% of what is left, 20% of the remainder is set aside for the corp replacement program, the remaining 75% is then redistributed among the active members evenly. there by paying the PvPr's to guard the indy/PvEr's.

Membership

All membership is required to be active. any member that is inactive for more than 30 days without notice of extended absence will be purged from XRW without notice.

List of activities

currently we are with The jagged alliance located in wicked creek, we offer members the opertunity to:

• rat/plex to generate sizable amounts of iskies
• PvP Daily fleet roams looking for things to keel
• mining of high end ores with rorqual support
• limited manufacturing facilities (looking to expand the indy side of the house)
• casual RP ( RP is voluntary )
