Whatever happened to the industry expansion (CSM)

Summary

Players were promised an Industry expansion as part of the Quantum Rise expansion. This did not eventuate. This issue is asking for a CCP response regarding the missing parts of that expansion and the state of their implementation into the game. Specifically (but not limited to):

• Storefronts
• Contract Menu UI revamp
• Production/invention/Research UI revamp
• System wide asteroid belts
• NPC Loot vs Mining monitoring and possible rebalance
• Industry Specific ships (gas harvester, archeology, hacking etc.) and review of existing ones (mining barges)
