I reverted your recent edits to Glossary. That isn't how it works. Below is a quote from the ingame knowledge database. --ISD Salpsan 07:30, 9 January 2009 (UTC)

"WARNING I: When you wake up in your new clone, you do need to renew your clone contract, or make certain that your basic clone covers all of your skill points. If your pod is lost and you don’t have a clone that covers all your skill points, the first points you’ll lose will be from the skill your points are highest in.

If you have a lot of skills trained to level 5 then the skill points will be removed from the highest ranked of those skills.

However, for example, if you have a rank 12 skill at level 1 and a rank 4 skill at level 5, the skill points would be removed from the rank 4 skill as you have more skill points there.

When a skill has been selected, the system deducts the skill points your character has and the amount of skill points your clone saves. It then takes 5% of those skill points away, as long as that amount doesn’t total 50% of your total skill points in that skill.

To illustrate; if you have 10.000 skill points and your clone covers 9.000, the system removes 5% off 1.000 skill points, leaving 9950 skill points.

WARNING II: Remember that it is perfectly possible to set up medical clone contracts in a station without medical facilities. There is nothing wrong with this, even if it is not recommend to do so if at war or in low security space. Note that should you find yourself in a situation where you are located in a station lacking medical facilities, without an updated clone, the Support Team will not be able to move you to a nearby station in order for you to upgrade your clone to a higher grade which can contain all of your skillpoints. Therefore, placing your clone contract in a station without medical facilities is done at your own risk.
