Personal

I'm Dan (please call me Saz though), 20 years old, living in Central London and Berkshire in the UK. I'm currently studying for an MEng in Civil Engineering at Imperial College London. On the computer side of things, I play EVE and maintain my father's company's website. When I'm not at my Mac, I'm probably at the gym, cooking, out and about with my camera (love portraiture), playing polo or simply sleeping. Also, if you didn't notice that I covertly substituted the word 'computer' with 'Mac' in that last sentence, I'll tell you now ... I'm an avid fan of Mac's!

Background

I started playing EVE in early 2008, originally with one character. Having started my life in EVE with the intention of becoming an Industrial character, I sought out a corporation that focused on mining. I soon discovered that a second account help me greatly, as it would allow me to haul while I mined, so my Sazuka's sister was born a few weeks later!

Three months later, having grown tired of the life of an industrial, I sought some pew pew and joined a new corporation, with budding aspirations for a life in 0.0. It was here that I learnt the importance of capitals and, seeing the corporation was 6+ months off 0.0, I did the maths and saw I could be in a capital ship on a new account within 6 months, so Sazuka's Minmatar cousin was born. Sadly, having been completely smashed in a high-sec war, one of the corp's directors went inactive, and our CEO experienced issues in another life that dragged him away for a while, leaving the corporation in the hands of a relatively new and inexperienced director. I, along with many others, left and went our own different ways.

Upon returning to my previous alliance for help in finding a new home, they directed me to a Masu'di, an infamous Thukker drug lord, saying he could point me in the right direction. Sadly, his stories of running from police, dodging gatecamps and getting high while in the process interested me. Thus began my new life, a recruit among a sea of like minded individuals; Es and Whizz became my new home.
