Mission Description
| A Scope reporter named Corin Risia managed to get some tracking data off the drone two days ago. He's willing to sell us the data in exchange for extracting him from a Mordu's Legion outpost. Mordu's Legion are generally an honest group, but for some reason Risia needs to get out of there quickly. He thinks the Legion wants to kill him.
Go to Mordu's outpost and extract Corin Risia. He's afraid for his life, so expect anything.

Tips and Help
| When you are close to pickup range of Corin Risia's wrecked ship, Mordu's Legion will appear and become increasingly suspicious of your presence, eventually escalating to categorical unfriendliness. That said, confronting Mordu’s Legion is completely optional. You can prepare for a stealthy or quick snatch-and-run. Or, if you prefer, you can combat the mercenaries, seven frigates in all. Note the lead enemy frigate can web you, but will not warp disrupt.

The only direct effect of selecting this branch is choosing the next three missions (including this one). It may seem you can choose the Gallente faction, instead of the Caldari, to grind standings for; but apparently, this is not the case. The epic arc has no direct effect on standings. The missions still, however, count toward a Storyline mission offered by the Servant Sisters of Eve. This storyline mision will have the normal effect on faction standings. The next mission is Tracking the Queen (part 2).
