About me

The person

My name is Titus Blackthorn. I came to EVE back in 2006 but started as another character. I am avid gamer gravitating mostly towards MMO's. EVE is hands down my favorite

The game

 :: its not just an addiction but an adventure as well.
Seriously with the real world economy being like it has these past few years, there has been times I've had to put the mouse down and walk away...always coming back for more within months.

 :: sometimes its like climbing a Mnt. and adding rocks into the back pack as I go up
I find the lack of "grinding" relaxing and bolstering the enjoyment of the game. And yet, intelligently the devs have placed goal orientated features for those that need to accomplish anything within a game. I enjoy these too as they are more choice and not "must do".

Enterprise

I kinda want to be a part of the EVE-verse, and perhaps one day part of its history. You know, like when a person goes: "Titus Blackthorn? Ofc I have heard of him... he's part of Paroxysm Sui Generis

But also more than myself I would like to strive reaching my goals set for myself and the Corp. regardless of how unending they regenerate a new.

Character History

Then

Titus Blackthorn was born into privilege as his father was a wealthy commoner that ran a family business. In later years of his youth, Titus was caught between his own wants and family, tradition till break came his way.

Titus joined the Imperial Academy where he graduated Magna cum laude. Not wanting to return home to the family business Titus stayed on to the IAC as a Special Forces operative for several years.

One fateful day he was returning from a Covert Ops mission, he received word that his family suffered a tragic accident. None survived and Titus has never elaborated any further on this. Except to remark that he was being punished, by God for breaking with tradition.

It was at this time Titus dropped his surname (now lost forever in the annuls of time and Titus's memory) and adopted his code name "Blackthorn". Closing all bank accounts, Titus disappeared.

Some, then, close friends reported they heard rumor that he had become a pirate striking at Caldari and Minmatar industrial corps. And then disappearing yet again.

Anger and perhaps vengeance sedated Titus Blackthorn joined Warp Riders and served under them on and off.

Now

In more recent events one of the Minmatar ((OOC thanks Ray for the idea)) that fell victim to Titus Blackthorn had taken pain staken troubles to contact him. Pandemic Crisis had a business proposal enlisting Titus for his Corporation called Paroxysm Sui Generis as a Director.
