To the honourable justices of the Supreme Court of the Gallente Federation.

We the undersigned, being Gallente citizens of good standing, petition this august and honourable court to issue writ(s) of mandamus[1] to :

a) Compel the Federation Administration to release all investigative reports of the inquiry into the event known as The Peralles Incident into the Gallente public record.

b) Compel the Federal State Department to make diplomatic representation to the Amarr Civil Service to request it make public any investigative report into the same incident.

Facts of the Case

a) The Peralles was a spacecraft with Gallente registration.

b) The Peralles entered the Iderion jump gate in the Dom-Aphis system.

c) The Peralles failed to emerge in the Iderion system.

d) The Iderion and Dom-Aphis systems are under Amarr Sovereignty.

e) The passenger manifest of the Peralles included Federation Senator Hubert Caissor and family.

f) The Iderion jump gate is reported to exhibit unusual behaviour at the same time each day indicating the imminent arrive of the Peralles.

g) The inquiry findings were never made public.
