Originally formed by former members of Adeptus Gattacus after the calapse of the corporation The Coalition OF Buccaneers was formed on teh principle of fun by PVP primarily aimed at just war dec'ing on random empire corporations and pirating with the intent to extort ISK from them for profit.

After a three month initial growth period the corporation gained some new and experienced blood this lead to the corporation changing tactics and direction after gaining a taste for empire wars, the corporation then formed a alliance for the sole purpose of claiming space to decrease fuel costs and to gain sovereignty within those systems to deploy certain POS modules.
