margin-top: -10px Edit

I'm adding this edit to fix the double margins the wiki applies to tables. Since you're including the TOC table (which already has a top margin of 10px) inside another table (whose default style from the CSS is a top margin of 10px), the template, overall, has a top margin of 20px instead of 10px.

Here's a before and after to represent what I mean:

Ah, I should have mentioned -- I also edited the Missions Guide to make way for this change (the blue note bar was in the semantically wrong spot anyway). The "before" picture that I posted was taken during an edit preview in which I fixed it. The change has yet to be approved, though. Speaking of which, it seems that Template changes do not have to be approved in order for them to become active. Look here. This is the Missions Guide edit that I was talking about.
