As per your note "Note: this template will not work right until someone installs the ParserFunction and MediaWiki 1.71 or above. Use Template:ShipFitBlind until someone does.", for the moment EVElopedia will stay as it it. Yep, that's Template:ShipFitBlind, and it looks horrible because of all the low slots. Without a variable, I don't know how to do it without some messed up, multi-template sort of thing where you pick the number of slots.
