Yanks Assemble

Team Americas was formed 9/10/2005 by TylerJames and Gurney Halleck. They were both Celtic Anarchy pilots that were in the U.S. time zone and wanted to build a corp for pvper's from that time zone. The corp was formed in Mastakomon in The Forge region and a heavy recruitment process began. In the early days, raids were run into The Vale of the Silent and Tribute fighting The Forsaken Empire alliance and friends.

Evil Friends

Do to previous ties, Force of Evil and Yanks were allies. This lead to them eventually joining the alliance, were they stayed until it went dormant, waiting for the day when Evil returns.

Days of Yarr

Yanks moved to Egbinger where they engaged in all sorts of low sec piracy and raids into the Great Wildlands. This was a period of semi-low activity. TylerJames decided to turn ceo over to Drunkperson. A former member shared intel about the target rich environment in Syndicate. The corp made the move and joined Black Reign Syndicate. This heralded a very active and productive time for Yanks as membership grew and targets multiplied in the form of Goonswarm. Home system was y9g and control of the plex in utk enabled financial freedom to buy plenty of ships for pvp.

Eventually issues formed in Black Reign Syndicate and Yanks were given the support of the majority of the alliances corps partly through clandestine efforts of SK Rooster, thereby taking over executorship. Clankillers were offered the alliance back, but declined. Obviously not pleased they planned a "sneak attack" on TylerJames and Drunkperson who were running the plex. They joined the gang to run the plex and destroyed TylerJames raven with their Megathron, Falcon, Arazu and Hawk and lost their Arazu and were promptly kicked from Black Reign Syndicate.

An empire is born

When the dust settled it was just Yanks in the alliance. They called on former friends in Celtic Anarchy who came out to have fun with all the targets in syndicate. They joined Black Reign Syndicate hatching a plan to start an alliance together. Soon after, Anarchy Empire was formed. It was a short lived alliance but produced enormous amounts of kills.

Last Days

Yanks left Anarchy Empire and joined friends in NUBS down in Period Basis and Delve. Mostly running small gangs and taking a break to make some isk. Yanks decided to move back to Syndicate to Y9G. Here after a short period the Yanks were laid to rest. Many members had left game and the ones remaining moved on. Those remaining stay in contact in the in-game channel YANKS.
