exile reasons

In the text it's mentioned that: [quote]For unknown reasons they were exiled from the Empire, and lived for centuries in solitude in the Araz constellation. [/quote]

However, from [1] : [quote]Though many, the cult was no match for the Church's inquisitors and was soon shattered. The few adherents who escaped were forced into hiding, carrying on their practices in isolated cells. Every few decades, the Church would uncover a growing colony of Sani Sabik adherents and cleanse them. [/quote]

and

The exile seems pretty obvious, the priests of the Amarr empire banished Sani Sabik, and the Takmahl practices Sani Sabik... ergo banishment / exile.

Excellent point. It won't have been the sole reason, and we don't want to limit our options when we get around to expanding on that part of the lore, but it'll certainly have been a notable factor.
