Cleanup

Hi,

I have added the Cleanup tag as the table requires formatting to a more readable state. The table will need to be changed to look along the lines of the Glossary page.

My indication was that the formatting on the standard Glossary page was not preferential. I've gone ahead and added alphabetical headers for all of the sections, as well as made all of the terms bold. However, because of the "wall-of-text" feeling to the standard Glossary, I planned on using definition lists for each of the terms. However, the current wiki version isn't automatically capitalizing the term, so I've had to do that manually.

Finally, I'm debating what to do with the TOC. The standard one so long that it dwarfs the page content. I may have to create one manually.
