Cleanup

Hi,

I have added the Cleanup tag as the table requires formatting to a more readable state. The table will need to be changed to look along the lines of the Glossary page.

RE: Cleanup

My indication was that the formatting on the standard Glossary page was not preferential. I've gone ahead and added alphabetical headers for all of the sections, as well as made all of the terms bold. However, because of the "wall-of-text" feeling to the standard Glossary, I planned on using definition list the terms instead of a table. The only problem with this is, the current wiki version does not automatically capitalize the term, so I've had to do that manually.

Finally, I'm debating what to do with the TOC. The standard one so long that it dwarfs the page content. I may have to create one manually.

This new formatting does make it easier to read as it breaks it up somewhat. I will remove the Cleanup tags as i feel it is no longer required. I would recommend just keeping the '''__NOTOC__''' syntax as like you mentioned, may dwarf the page content.
