In the final paragraph, prior to the bullet pointed list, the first person is used, despite IRC being referred to in the third person in the penultimate paragraph. I have edited the first person to make it more of a reference article as you already stated. Also tacked on a small update on the current situation.

Outdated info

The article needs to be updated as IRC's no longer in the drone regions anymore if I remember right.
