Codebreaker II

Not disputing the above quote, but as an additional point, if the Codebreaker II is like the Salvager II, it has a base-7% chance of salvage retrieval, to which chance the skill level applies as a multiplier, not a modifier. Thus, going from Hacking IV and Codebreaker I to Hacking V and Codebreaker II is going from 20% chance to 35% chance, which is quite significant!
