Portrait inaccurate

Karsoth's portrait looks inaccurate compared to the previous depictions of him;

"Chamberlain Dochuta Karsoth stood before the vacant seat of the emperor, beneath the vaulted ceilings of the great cathedral. A vestment woven from gold threads and adorned with precious gemstones covered the huge girth of his fattened frame; if not for the cybernetic implants in his legs and torso, he would be unable to support the burden of his own weight. A miter emblazoned with the golden seal of Amarr rested upon his enormous head; it took two child slaves to lift it into place. His scepter, a gold-plated staff with the visage of the Holy Sign at its top, was wrapped tightly in the grip of thick fingers that bore the Ring of the Court Chamberlain"

          - Gonzales, Tony (2010-05-25). EVE: The Empyrean Age (p. 204). Tor Books.

Also in Of_God_and_Her_Beast_(Chronicle) "Before him he heard the noise of the Chamberlain rising to his feet, the metal pistons in his legs hissing as they supported the man's frame. There was a thunk and another thunk, repeated at higher volumes as Karsoth walked closer... Then he leaned in, the supports on his legs creaking with effort"

The chronicle portrait also depicts him as grotesquely and obese. [1]

As is somewhat traditional with the deceased, we're presenting an older image of the man, from the time he was a simple, ambitious Holder in the Amarr court. It may be assumed that the image has been treated at least somewhat with the New Eden version of Photoshop.

Also, the picture from Of God and her Beast is heavily stylized, to the point that it should be considered a spiritual representation of the man rather than a directly physical one. I wrote that story, and Michel's picture still freaks me out when I see it.--CCP Abraxas 10:38, 24 February 2012 (GMT)
