Total Number of Skill Levels Needed

TNoSLN illustrates rough estimate how diverse training is needed to gain access to certain item. Each prerequisites skill levels are simply added up, by using each skills highest needed value.

Example: Vexor needs the following skills:

Gallente Cruiser II

Spaceship Command III

Gallente Frigate IV

Spaceship Command I

Gallente Cruiser gives +2, Spaceship Command +3, Gallente Frigate +4, but as we have Spaceship Command added in for up to level 3 already the last Spaceship Command is not added up thus resulting to TNoSLN 9 to fly Vexor.
