General History

Syndikos Consortium was founded by five Caldari freelancer capsuleers(CommanderLepra, phermit, Beeb0, Sikkis, Thaif) to act as a gathering place for likeminded people regardless of race or skillpoint allocation.

Ideology

Meritocracy and Cyberocracy are the two main principles of SKCM. As such the Consortium aims to offer a environment of recognition and directness to it's members.

We seek to follow, maintain and perhaps even spread our ideals, through straightforward business- and public relations.

There are no special qualifications for membership, other than interest and/or exitement for the game and some level of identification to our ideals.

General Information

As we are a beginning corp the level of skill and familiarity with the game may not be the same as with the more older and venerable corporations, yet we aren't totally clueless or aimless.
Our greatest shortfallings at the moment are low member count and relative inexperience. Luckily these can be mended with time and effort.

Organisation

SKCM is run by the Assembly of Directors in concert with the presiding Chairman(CEO). Corporation tax is 4.0% to pay for small, but constant expenses such as market fees and office rents.
The internal security & combat force of SKCM is the Syndikos Sentinels(SynSen).

The corporation has an office in Tuuriainas IV at the Core Complexion Inc. Factory and at Isseras VII in a Perkone Factory Station. Current activity is centered around Starbase fuel goods industry, ammunition manufacture and starship modification.
Mining is also practiced, with some mineral & ore trading. Most mining goods are refined for use in the above mentioned industry activities.
