Stellar Policying was founded with the main idea of eliminating criminality such as piracy and theft, and to completely unite New Eden under one rule. Stellar Policying was a military-focused organization with all members having ranks similar to those in any navy.

Stellar Policying was for a time also the Executor of the New Eden Galactic Federation Alliance, who accepted all decent law-abiding organizations as members. The New Eden Galactic Federation was governed with the help of a monarchistic style form of leadership, using a council consisting of the CEOs of the member corps, and other key individuals. The New Eden Galactic Federation operated all through high sec empire space and also in the Providence region.

Stellar Policying dealt mainly with counter-piracy and counter-criminal warfare and politics, but also all kinds of industrial operations to sustain its activities.

Stellar Policying accepted members from all over New Eden regardless of race, as long as the main requirements were filled, such as holding honour, respect and decency high.
