Spanish localization (CSM)

Summary

Spanish is the 3rd most spoken language in the world, and EVE does not have a client in Spanish. The original issue thread requested only tutorials in Spanish, but when I switch my client language to spanish, I noticed that everything was still in english!

I believe that CCP is alienating potential customers by not providing a spanish localization.

Solution

Put actual translated spanish text in the client

• more subs for CCP

Cons

• allocating resources that it will take to translate the entire client text
