Sort ctrl-tab window list by last activation instead of time created (CSM)

Summary

The current sort order by "creation" of the window is unintuitive, and does not support quick changing back and forth between the same two windows, which is the probabely the most common use case.

Solution

The title says it all.

• more intuitive by current OS standards

• requires changing habits from previous behaviour
