Tips and Help

Heavy omnitank needed, Named guy switches targets, no bounties or tags

Pator 6 elite BS gun fires EM, friend was unable to tank with Drake until added EM hardener, then was able to hold long enough to kill one BS and warp out. Used 1 EM, 1 Explosive, 2 Invulnerability. Almost certainly not optimal mix but worked. - N Seryushkin

A friend and I did this mission in a Hound and Claw. We used the Claw to speed tank them, keeping at 150km, so as to avoid the missiles. We found at least a cruiser or sniper was needed to do the dps at this point, because the battleships were moving at around 1000 m/s. It was easy from that point on. ~ Jag

Speed tanking is key here. I lost a Domi attempting Studio I, but was able to complete this in an Ishtar with five Ogre IIs. The Ishtar (with all armor hardeners and a med armor repairer ii in the lows) was able to get up to 480 m/s with an AB, and that was fast enough, as long as I kept myself moving close to perpendicular to the line between myself and the elite battleships. I started by killing the elite cruisers and elite frigates with lighter drones, all but one of the second-spawn cruisers with lighter drones, and then the elite battleships one-by-one with the Ogre IIs. ~Mira

Simple omnitanked passiv Rattlesnake can tank it (Skilllevel IV for the ship and the resis, Tech II equipment excluding the launchers), and the drones can kill it (also Tech II). - Scheinheilige(r)

I found out, that the mission ships don't move more than 80-100km from their initial spot. So if you get yourself a sniping spot at ~150 km you can reduce the incoming damge. This way the mission can be done solo. ~Xen

Completed this solo in a Rattlesnake with 1 EM, 1 Exp & 1 Invuln hardener - flew away from warp-in point straight away, killed two of the cruisers and used a Nos on the third to keep cap stable, then killed all but one of the BSs, then killed frigs. Triggered next two waves by killing last BS and last cruiser and was far enough away from spawn points that they couldn't hit. Killed Rosulf next as he was targetting drones then it was easy to mop up the rest. ~ Waylon Skorlin

Completed solo with Astarte, dual rep with 1 EM, 2 Expl, 1 EANM, using 250mm railguns and orbiting the BSs at 30-40km to reduce incoming damage. Killed the frigs and cruisers first, then second cruiser spawn while keeping a high transversal velocity on the BSs. Then moved on to the BSs while keeping an eye on drone damage. Named BS didn't switch target/attack drones even once. ~Nimir
