Show bookmarks with markers on local grid (CSM)

NOTE

Rejected due to improper listing of voting results, etc.

Summary

We can already see bookmarks in space if we open the map, however we cannot see the location of bookmarks that are on the same grid. Adding this would be a useful feature for scouts / locals / warpins / rotating fleets etc.
