The Servant Sisters of EVE

Probably the largest humanitarian organization in the cluster, the Servant Sisters are dedicated to ensuring that those in need are given access to the resources they lack. By adhering to a strict code of neutrality they find themselves welcome in almost every civilized system in the cluster - and indeed many uncivilized ones. Their humanitarian work gains them a great deal of publicity; what they prefer to talk less about is their scientific mission, which centers around study of the EVE Gate and its many mysteries.

The Servant Sisters are dealing with immensely widespread humanitarian crises right now, making them too busy to worry about political position (a thing they care little for even in peacetime). Their diplomats are working overtime negotiating access to troubled areas, and their logistics officers are working back-to-back shifts. As for the Sanctuary, they're too busy coming to terms with their new data to worry about what the rest of the organization's up to.
