Semi-permanently show pilot's name in space (CSM)

Summary

Option to permanently show pilot name and ship type name in space.

Right now, you can only see the currently selected ship's details, such as distance from you, their name, their ship type, etc. Sometimes seeing the details of two ships would be more tactically useful to the pilot.

Solution

Add some key combinations that allows people to toggle whether or not they see the info for a selected ship.

The info will have to be displayed in a way that the user can tell if they are seeing it because the ship is selected(show it the way it is now), or if it's because they chose to keep it persistently up(maybe put a border around it?), or if because both conditions are true(maybe a border... and something else?).

What info is displayed should be the same as if the ship was selected- so what is displayed can be controlled by the existing mechanics in the overview settings.

You probably only need two new key combinations: one key combo to make a selected ship persistent, and the same to remove its persistence. And a second key combo to remove persistence from all ships. This persistence of information should remain even if, and especially if, the ship warps out.

Pros

• better tactical information, allows for better spatial awareness in fleet fights
• probably won't cause lag since the information is being sent to the client anyways, the client is only deciding to do something extra with the same info
