Scuderia Dragonstar (SDS) is the name of a professional racing team with the ISRC Racing League.

A result of he merger between Scuderia Caille (SC) and Dragonstar Racing Team (DS) in mid-110, Scuderia Dragonstar has emerged as one of the main contenders in the racing circuit, with a strong tradition in the T1 Frigates class.

History

By the end of ISGC Season 4, rival teams Scuderia Caille and Dragonstar Racing Team struck a secret cooperation deal. Over Seasons 4 and 5 and during 12 races, both teams shared comms, intelligence, navigational info and warp beacons.

Season 5 saw fierce competition and, under Captains Kayleigh Jamieson and Quintrala, both racing teams achieved very close integration, cooperating in secret for the duration and obtaining the frigates team championship for SC. Setting the stage for future seasons, the teams developed new tactics, fittings, and eventually announced the merger into the new Scuderia Dragonstar (SDS) team with Jamieson as Captain and Delorois in charge of PR.

Building on the Dragonstar racing experience and the Caille flair and creativity, the SDS team went on for a categorical Season 6 win in the interceptors (team champions, individual 1st, 2nd and 3rd places), frigates (team champions, individual 1st and 3rd places) and Assault Frigates division (team vice-champions, individual 3rd place).

The SDS team then repeated this success during Season 7 in spite of the return of traditional rivals VRT, obtaining wins on interceptors (team vice-champions, individual 2nd and 3rd places), frigates (team champions, individual 1st and 3rd places) and Assault Frigates division (team champions, individual champion).

As the season came to a close in September 111, co-founder Quintrala announced her departure from the team, to take a management position in ISRC. As of January 112, Team SDS is preparing for the next racing season.
