Rules of Conduct

What are the general rules of conduct?

1. You may not harass other players. This includes, but is not limited to, hateful, racist, sexually explicit, threatening and harmful comments. Partial masking and alternative typing for such comments will be punishable by the same standards as the comments themselves.
2. You may not form, organize or take part in any kind of in-game groups based on real- life slanderous or hate philosophies.
3. You may not post or communicate any real life information about other players.
4. You may not share your account password with anyone. Infraction of this rule is done at your own risk.
5. You may not impersonate CCP or ISD volunteers or staff members.
6. You may not market, sell, advertise, promote, solicit or otherwise arrange for the exchange or transfer of anything in the game or other game services unless it is for in-game sales of in-game services or items.
7. You will not attempt to reverse engineer, hack or by any other means try to change code or game files nor in any way capture, decipher or interfere with transmissions to or from the game servers nor will you try to create or use any kinds of third party add-ons, extras or tools for the game.
8. You will use the CCP bug reporting tools in accordance with their policy and will not intentionally submit misinformation or hide information required by the bug report forms.
9. You will not encourage any one else to violate these rules.
10. Lost or stolen items will not be replaced.
11. CCP reserves the right to wipe all user accounts and or inventory of characters whenever we deem it necessary.
12. CCP reserves the right to close any user account and may do so for as long as it is deemed necessary.
13. We reserve the right to ban any user from the game without refund or compensation.
