How do I report someone who is spamming ISK selling advertizements?

Selling/buying ISK for real money is a serious violation of our EULA.

If you witness that another player is advertising ISK for sale for real money within ingame channels or eve-mails, report them to CCP. The correct way to do this is to file a petition under the ISK Spammer category. Once the petition is received, action will be taken against them.

Advertisements on third-party EVE Websites

Some third-party EVE websites feature adverts such as Google Adsense. Occasionally ISK spammer adverts will appear in these advert systems; CCP should not be informed, but you may wish to inform the website operator that such adverts are being presented. The vast majority of advertisement networks allow users to filter adverts that will appear on their website, and the operator can thus usually remove the offending adverts, making the world a better place for all EVE players.
