Character History

Starting Out

Rauderberg was born during a Power of Two epidemic; he was to become a leader in his field of expertise. He was trained in the arts of Manufacturing and Industrial. He also diversified and started mining and R&D (Research and Development). He soon started making sales in bulk of Ammunition and small Tech I modules, whilst mining one day an Ore Thief came a calling. Rauderberg was tired of these thieves, so he attacked the thief with his 5 Hammerhead Its. The thief promptly retreated and Rauderberg cheered, as he revelled in his victory.

The thief soon returned in a bigger ship and engaged Rauderberg in his Hulk, Rauderberg was spamming the warp button, but to no avail the Hulk went BOOM! Rauderberg had his first PvP lesson and had lost significantly. Now Rauderberg started to learn the way of the PvPer he vowed never to be caught this way again. Rauderberg had been a part of the Lazy Man inc Corporation since his birth and was a valued member. After several months there were some large changes in the Corporation and with the former CEO having real life commitments Rauderberg took over as CEO.

Rise to Power

Rauderberg had accepted the job with very little thought, he was now the CEO of a small but reliable Corporation. But that was not all; Rauderberg had also inherited the Executorship of an Alliance. He had not realized the immense task he had placed himself in. The alliance was Elite Trade Group it was a small Alliance but was a huge adjustment to Rauderberg.

Now realizing the task ahead of him Rauderberg began to work with the other leaders of the Alliance to make it better. They all worked hard for sometime and started the Alliance on its way to being something great. Rauderberg soon realised Alliances could be a handful. It seems every Merc Corp in EvE wants to war dec you and kill your high sec noobs. During the first few wars Rauderberg started to learn the horrible truth, EvE can be a nasty game.

Changing Attitude

Well Rauderberg was now well on his way to understanding the perils of EvE Online, learning that PvPers are relentless and always looking for weak prey. Well it was time to change the care bear miner industrial ways for Rauderberg. Skill training started going from Science to Spaceship Command and Drones. He wanted to become a lean mean killing machine; this was going to take some time. Meanwhile he was also learning about the people that play EvE especially the ones that want an easy life.

After another War Dec Corporations were leaving the Alliance, this was bad we had worked hard to get them and these damn PvPers were ruining it. What could he do nothing but watch them leave. Well that was fine we will get more he told the others in the Alliance. Rauderberg was now a lean mean manufacturing, mining, wannabe PvPer. He could hold his own in a fleet, but not much of a solo pilot. That is all good though he was born an industrial after all. He had learned so much about EvE now he could pass it on into other corporations in the Alliance, with the hopes that more Corporations would stay even through the war decs.

Balance

Well the war decs keep on coming and people keep on leaving, but the Alliance seems to have found a great group of people that have stayed through some of the worse times ever. Rauderberg has kept splitting his skill tree between combat and industrial skills. But the plans for the future are more geared towards Corporation and Alliance areas.

Birth

Rauderberg was born to manufacture and was originally an ALt that turned into a main.

Rolls

Rauderberg changed his training plans many time from manufacturing to mining to R&D and invention, but the biggest change was to train combat skills even though he was meant to be industrial.

Leadership

Leadership was thrust upon Rauderberg; he never had plans of being a leader of any type. When offered the role of CEO he jumped in with no real thought. After he realised the gravity of his choice he simply made the most of it and continued it and still does today.

Changes

Rauderberg started out as the CEO of Lazy Man inc, he is now the CEO of ETG Holdings this is due to changes in the Alliance. The Alliance that Rauderberg is executor of Elite Trade Group was starting to need places to store its own belongings and ISK. So it was voted to create a Corporation especially for this task. Rauderberg still is the CEO of Lazy Man inc he just has an Alt called Rauder to do this.

Goals

Rauderberg's goals are quite simple; he would like to keep playing EvE with all his online friends and make their Alliance and Corporations a well known part of the EvE Universe.
