Project Outline

Project Blueprint is designed to analyze and interpret Sleeper Structure to determine their function and the factors that could have dictated their construction in such a way.

Research Methodology

Phase 1: Collection of Reference Material

Forming a baseline of structures and their purpose as used in modern construction will provide a set of examples to compare Sleeper Structures too. In pursuit of this we will catalog existing structures around New Eden to act as this baseline.

Phase 2: Collection of Sleeper Structure Examples

Two approaches will be utilized within this phase. The main method will be for the researchers to venture into Sleeper Enclaves in stealth ships to obtain visual records of the Structures within for comparison. The second approach will be an open submission process for those Capsuleer's who regularly explore or inhabit Anoikis, thereby widening the pool of potential examples that can be obtained.

Phase 3: Comparative Analysis

Comparing the data from Phases 1 and 2 will allow us to attempt identify and classify aspects of Sleeper Structures and potentially determine other details about Sleeper Civilization.
