Currently a High Sec. Industrial Corporation that offers its members fair labor pay, stock, and monthly dividends.

PAROX History

PAROX was an industrial Corporation of small renown, but successful enough to make ISK to stay in the black. Wanting to expand Pandemic Crisis recruits Titus Blackthorn and Bazil Stormtrooper as Directors eight months after PAROX's creation.

Their meetings quickly restructured the Corp. into a para-military operation. In which the members were paid for their labor more fairly by the #amount of m³ they brought in. The more active a member was and meeting certain criteria in their career path, lead to promotion/rank within the Corp.

Additionally stocks were created and dividends were payed out monthly. PAROX's Rank System equaled more stock options the higher one's rank.

This had a large boom effect and was visually apparent, in that within a week from its restructuring three POS went up in Empire space.

Current Events

With the success of the High Sec. POS in systems that prior to had no stations, the Corp. began to launch a recruitment campaign. Start date 2009.03.30

PAROX Business

Ranks

Current restructure from an "At-will" Corporation into a "Para-military" Corporation brought about a rank structure that is integrated with off site forums, tools, as well as in Eve privileges and rights.

Roles by Division

Recruit Division

Makes up the greater bulk of the Corporation. Ranginf from completely new eve players to those that have played but are new to the Corp. There are no real roles, only the inherent ones:

learn how the Corp operates

NCO Division

The Backbone of the Corp whose soul purposes is:

Taking care of the Recruit Division
- making sure questions are answered
- Has proper ships, skills, and fittings
Assist the Officers to accomplish task

Officer Division

Lt.

Primary roles:

Transition from NCO into an Officer
Continued assistance of senior ranked Officers

Captain

Is the first actual Command position within the Corp and roles are:

Accomplishing task handed down from higher
- using Corp tools available
- and the troops under his/her command
Start career orientation/gravitation with in the Corp

Sky Marshal

Will command two or more Captains and manages multiple task given from higher.

Commander

Have lateral communication and are experts in their Departments (currently):

- control and coordination of multi ships
  - generally combat orientated be it PC or NPC
Mining
- control and coordination of multi ships
  - generally gathering ore types

- control and coordination of multi ships for
