Ideology
Paisti is based on idea of total freedom. Pilots in corporation are allowed to do anything thay want. Be this pirating, scamming, trading, industry, everything is allowed. Everyone in the corporation has got director rights and access to everything.
Recruitment
Paisti does not usually openly recruit. Some expections can be made with potential recruits.
Recruitment policy
- Ventrilo + Working mic + Ability to speak fluent finnish
- Pilot must have extensive experience from all fields of PvP (Piracy, 0.0, Empire Wars)
- Pilot must have maxed out / nearly maxed out skills for battleship of choice - Amarr Minmatar Gallente
- High / Low-grade Slave implant set is highly recommended
- Capital alt is highly recommended
- Fully self sufficient, loads of ISK is highly recommended
