How to open for port 26000 on Mac OSX

Here's how you can open for the EVE port in the Mac OSX firewall

Press the Apple icon in the top left corner and select "system preferences", under "Internet & network" click on "Sharing". In there select the Firewall tab, if the Firewall is On you'll need to open for this traffic by adding the EVE port. Here's how you do so.

1. Click on New
2. Change port name to Other
3. In both TCP and UDP port numbers enter 26000 ( 3724 if you use the alternate port )
4. Select a name under Description such as EVE Online and press OK.
