Temko don't however, hence the test. If you get attacked by Temko, then flee and come back later, I'll explain everything to them once the test is complete. "

Hint: For Courier missions to Low Security Systems, first check Star Map statistics (Active ships, Ship kills, Pod kills, etc) of systems and use a fast ship (Shuttle) or a Cloaked ship (Covert Ops). Also making Safe spot will help.

"It's now time to turn our eyes towards Roden Shipyards. They have always been a shady corporation, and their alliance with Wiyrkomi certainly raised a few eyebrows. I was specifically told to find out exactly what part they play in all of this. Yesterday I stumbled upon something that may be of vital importance to my investigation. My ship's sensors picked up an encoded transmission from a Roden Shipyards outpost located in Fluekele. I haven't been able to make much of it yet, but with the proper data decoder I will be able to tell what the contents of this transmission are. So my assignment to you is to find such a decoder and bring it to me. My suggestion is to scour the asteroid belts of Jolia, there is a Serpentis agent there called Pourpas Aunten who is renowned for decoding CONCORD and Federation Navy signals. If there's anyone in the galaxy which has the decoder I need, it's him. "

"I've managed to decode the transmission but I can't make much of it. The interesting part though is that it originates from Maqeri Camcen's ship within the Contested Gallente Roden Shipyard Outpost. I checked my database and Maqeri is in fact rumored to be part of the Angel Cartel. What the Cartel would be doing in a Roden Shipyard Outpost in Fluekele is beyond me, unless there are Serpentis there. My best guess is that there are Serpentis operating inside the same deadspace are as Roden Shipyard, and this Maqeri is some sort of envoy from the Cartel. Anyway I must get to the bottom of this. Meet with this Maqeri fellow and see if you can convince him to have a chat with me in person. If he's hostile and refuses to speak with you then you have my full authority to eliminate him. If you choose the gun rather than your wit, then at least bring evidence of his demise to me. "
