The Oblivion doomsday device creates a destructive beam of kinetic energy. Only the strongest capitals and super capitals can survive the blast. Unprepared carriers may find themselves annihilated in a single shot from the doomsday device.

Fitting

Oblivion is only capable of being used by the Leviathan class Caldari Titan. Each Titan is designed to use a racially unique Doomsday Device.
