Northwind Research Agency was founded in mid July 2006 as sister corporation of T.H.Y.L.A.N.C.I.N.E Inc. but remained forgotten for a long time.

It was not before early 2009 the necessary steps were undertaken to finally reach the desired state.

Until May, 15th 2010 the NRA provided research services to anyone who was after a researched Blueprint. Custom research as well as keeping stocks of common Blueprints were the main business fields of the corporation.

The NRA started developing a production manager service named "Vertigo". This service was meant to provide industrial corps with up-to-date production cost calculations as well as mineral bills. Access to the service was planed to be through a monthly fee. The project was never finished.
