Neuro Cartographic Services (Player corporation)
HistoryCorp started back in 2006 as an effort to take advantage of the new exploration mechanics been announced with that times new expansion. Another main goal was also the movement to the newly opened north drones regions to grab a space of 0.0. Corp did move to drones' region, where it also established a colony for a few weeks, living out of a medium POS and hunting down drones with great success and impressive rewards from the processing of the resulting alloys. However the first encounter with a real 0.0 alliance was a bit bad for the corp and made clear that without a good alliance infrastructure there was no way we could make it out in 0.0 space. Thus corp teamed up with God of Night and Day and headed south for our first real 0.0 deployment in Feythabolis. Caught up in the Great War between the BOB and Goonswarm alliances and their allies corp allied with the former as part of our alliance's political decision. As a reward for our good stand in Feythabolis corp was stationed to Omist. However things there didn't work well for its allies and its alliance. Goonswarm swept through that area and the corp had to return to empire space, where the alliance was disbanded. After a period of restructuring and reorganizing the corp, the time for a new 0.0 space deployment had come. This time Neuro joined Drunken N Disorderly alliance, which was stationed in Curse area. The deployment started well until TCF, at that time major force in the area decided to show who ruled the area. After a few months in Curse it was again time for packing up and returning into empire space. The next alliance Neuro joined was Blackguard Coalition. This time the plan was to start slowly, gaining a good fighting fleet within the alliance, working as team grabbing a low sec area and then heading out to grabbing a 0.0 space. The low sec area that was selected as a first step was the Mamouna constellation in Derelik region. The corp was stationed in Futzchang system with the other corporations of the alliance. The build up of the fighting force and project of controlling the area was working as planned, until some locals got disappointed of the new "land lords" and hired mercenaries corps and alliances to attack Blackguard Coalition. The continuous wars brought the coalition near to disbanding. However, after a few loses of corps, the alliance stabilized and started planning of grabbing a small part in NPC controlled 0.0 space. A badly planned move to Great Wildlands ended in a hasty withdraw back to Futzchang. A second attempt was made for Curse. This time things went better, but the already shaken infrastructure of the alliance showed its incapability to withstand prolonged deployment into 0.0 space. After a few weeks the alliance disbanded with most of its corps returning back to empire high sec space. Neuro again took some time to reinvent itself. A move to Heimatar region was decided and a lot of the time corp's pilots were engaged in anti pirate fight as a favour to the local agents or just attacked anything they could get inside the low sec sections of the region. It was there that a friendly corp from Blackguard Coalition, proposed the forge of a new alliance that would head into Syndicate region. Neuro's pilots eager to again live in 0.0 space took up this chance, thus Neuro became part of the Capital.Punishment alliance. For three months Neuro lived in various systems of Syndicate, following the decisions of the Capital.Punishement and aiding as much as possible to the plans and goals of the alliance. However a fast change in priorities of the alliance's high command left Neuro with a tough choice. Either disband and be absorbed by a new mega corp, or leave the Syndicate area in a defined period before its pilots and assets are a legal target for old friends. Although Neuro pilots were keen in keep living in 0.0 and keep flying with good friends, the way the ultimatum was set didn't allow for a lot choices. Moving back once again to empire space and looking for a new alliance was again the plan for days to come. One of the area's corporations that various members of the corp and its CEO were affiliated with, extended an invitation for joining their alliance. Neuro decided to link up again with good friends and chill out organizing for the next new things that the alliance had planned. Thus from 2009.03.24 to this day Neuro Cartographic Services is proud member of Manifest Destiny. Alliance (4th runner up of the VIIth Alliances Tournament). RecruitmentNeuro Cartographic Services is always open for new pilots that are willing to participate in its fleets. Although the main focus is PvP, for various reasons some other activities are also available to corporation's members. The most common ones include mission running for agents (Gallente and Minmatar empires mostly) and exploration. Mining is a possibility, but most of the corp's members would prefer to be on the tail of a mining ship, getting ready to blow it up, rather than to be inside one, slowly eating an asteroid rock!
