Naraka. is an Angel Cartel loyalist capsuleer alliance, initially set up to unite Ghost Festival and PRETA Light Industries under one banner. These very corporations still form the alliance core, with other Cartel groups such as Damnation Angels bolstering the ranks. Coreli Coporation, the renowed Serpentis supporters, are the latest addition, seeking to work closely with their benefactors' capsuleer equivalent.

Following the theme originally set by Ghost Festival, the alliance name refers to the Achur equivalent of Hell, where those reincarnating into it suffer a fate quite similar to the Hungry Ghosts.
