Summary

The Naquatech Conglomerate was founded at the end of YC112 year by Akrasjel Lanate. Naquatech is a independent Gallente corporation, that operates in all four empires and does make efforts to retain good relations with them. The whole company is modeled on the State megacorporations, mainly Hyasyoda Corporation and Ishukone Corporation.
Naquatech intends to focus heavily on industries such as agriculture, mining, consumer products and real estate; also manufacturing and developing of both big and small arms technology and manufacture top quality ships and modules. It intends to become an entity rivaling the size, wealth and power of the mentioned megacorporations with it’s own police and security arm.

Overview

Naquatech Conglomerate is responsible for the organizing activities for it members and defending them as a whole organization, in return expects that members will obey the rules and policies of the Conglomerate to achieve it goals.

Mission Statement

The purpose of The Naquatech Conglomerate is to establish itself as a military, economical and political power in the galaxy. Also to further the goals of its members as individuals and as a group by creating a structure that promotes the betterment of the Conglomerate through supporting its individual members.

A sense of community and common purpose will be created by constant discussion among members about long and short term goals and how to achieve them. Problems and disputes are dealt with by the membership as a whole as they arise in the spirit of mutual respect and cooperation. Although we have a CEO and a Board of Directors their roles are to maintain the functionality of the Corporation. The Corporation is run by its members as a whole with certain individuals earning certain titles or functions by putting the effort into achieving particular goals.

History of Naquatech Conglomerate

Naquatech Conglomerate was founded on November 25, 112YC by Akrasjel Lanate, after two failed attempts to create an alliance with other corporations(failed by corporations initiators, which was not Naquatech), the organization headquarters are established in Octanneve solar system.

Departments and Divisions

The Naquatech Conglomerate is organized into several divisions:

Security Division

Leader: Chief Security Officer Akrasjel Lanate (temporary)
Responsibilities: The Security Division is Naquatech Conglomerate that consists both the Navy and the Ground Forces. As such, they provide protection on mining ops, logistics runs when we are transporting goods to seed throughout the region; and also provide the offensive and defensive support in times of conflict with rival corporations. They are often found training in missions and dead-space complexes, as well as discussing war time tactics and strategies. The secondary mission of this division is to provide another source of income through salvage, loot and bounties.

Mining Division

Leader: Chief Mining Officer Akrasjel Lanate (temporary)
Responsibilities: The Mining Division is responsible for bringing in Ore and minerals for all of the Conglomerate manufacturing needs. This allows the corporation to attain its manufacturing needs and allow the members of the mining division to make ISK.

Manufacturing Division

Leader: Chief Product Officer Akrasjel Lanate (temporary)
Responsibilities: The Manufacturing Division is responsible for the manufacturing of the corporations products, and is responsible for keeping the manufacturing process as efficient as possible as well as ensuring the corporation has a supply of BPC’s (Blue Print Copies) on hand at any given time. Most members also mine and transport, occasionally fulfilling all three roles.
